The situation in the Middle East is certainly injecting a lot of uncertainty into the market. Given the news regarding the US and Iran, I'm anticipating increased volatility in XAUUSD. It might be wise to reduce leverage and widen stops, especially overnight. A risk-off sentiment could easily push gold higher in the short term.

To add to my previous comment, it's worth remembering that these geopolitical events can create false breakouts. While the initial reaction might be bullish, we need to consider the possibility of a retracement. A break below 5330 could signal a short-term top. Therefore, I will keep a close eye on price action around these levels. I might wait for confirmation before committing fully to a long position.
