Been noticing a pattern with XAUUSD lately. During EU-US overlap, it tends to make its biggest moves. I think that's because of the increased liquidity and news flow. So if you're swing trading like me, pay extra attention during these hours. Set your alerts, watch the volume, and don't get faked out by initial moves. Also, remember to adjust your stop losses based on the volatility. A wider stop can save you from getting stopped out prematurely when things get choppy. Just my 2 cents!
