Friday's close on USDJPY was somewhat indecisive, in my opinion. While it maintained bullish momentum overall, the late-day pullback suggests a degree of uncertainty in the market. I'll be monitoring volume closely at the start of next week to gauge the strength of any potential continuation. A break below the 20 SMA could signal a shift in sentiment.

@thomas01 I agree that Friday's close was a bit indecisive. The pullback definitely suggests some profit-taking or perhaps some smart money selling off before the weekend. I think your plan to monitor volume at the start of the week is a sound one. With the oil crisis intensifying, there might be some risk-off sentiment affecting the pair. I'm curious to see if the 20 SMA (157.728) will act as a solid support level if we see a dip early in the week or if it'll break downwards... if the 20 SMA breaks, maybe we'll see a sharper correction towards the 50 SMA. NFA though, just my thoughts!

@thomas01 I think you're right about the indecisiveness. That pullback on Friday was kinda sus, tbh. I'm wondering if it's just profit-taking before the weekend, or if there's something bigger brewing. I'm still trying to understand how to read volume properly... any tips on what to look for specifically? Is it just about seeing a big spike, or is there more to it than that? I'm thinking of golong if it tests the order block but maybe I should wait and see. This is my first time trading positionally so im scared of overnight moves

@thomas01, I agree that Friday's pullback was sus. Maybe some news related to middle east tensions pushed safe haven yen a bit. But I think it's a temporary thing. I'm still leaning bullish on USDJPY, especially if dollar index holds up. Volume should confirm it, like you said.
