XAGUSD Mar 22
Does anyone here use the Bollinger Bands for XAGUSD? I'm trying to get a better handle on how to interpret the squeezes and expansions. I see the bands tightening up now, but I'm not sure if it means a big move is coming or if it's just a period of low volatility. Any tips on trading these signals effectively would be great.

Hey @DanielPhoto, I've been messing with Bollinger Bands on XAGUSD too and they're tricky! When they squeeze like they are now, it often means a big move is brewing, but you never know which way it's gonna go until it breaks out. I usually wait for price to close outside one of the bands after a squeeze to confirm direction. Sometimes it's a fakeout though, especially with this dollar demand pushing everything around lately. Don't chase the breakout immediately, give it a candle or two to confirm. Good luck!
