Learned the hard way to always trail my stop. Had a good scalp going yesterday, thought I'd let it run a bit for more profit. Next thing you know, the market reversed hard and I was left holding the bag. Should have just taken the smaller win. Risk management is key, no matter how small the trade.

Hey @RedTrail13, totally feel you on the trailing stop thing. 😩 It's like you see the profit and get greedy, then BAM, it all vanishes. I had a similar thing happen last month with XAUUSD, thought I'd be smart and let it ride but it just turned around and stopped me out with a loss. So frustrating! 😤 It's definitely a mental game, trying to balance taking profits versus letting them run. Maybe setting alerts at certain levels instead of just hoping is better? I'm still figuring out that sweet spot myself. What do you usually do when you have a winning trade you're tempted to let run?
