Saw a clip on YouTube from that CryptoDave guy. He was talking about how institutional money is flowing into ETH despite the volatility, referencing that news about them planning to increase allocations. He thinks the current dip is just noise before the next leg up, especially with that 'safe harbor' exemption talk. He was pretty bullish on a move back above 2100 soon.
