Good day, everyone. I've been studying Ichimoku Cloud lately, and I'm curious how other traders are incorporating it into their EURUSD analysis, especially in volatile markets like this. What settings do you find most effective for identifying potential entry and exit points? Also, how do you combine the Ichimoku Cloud with other indicators like RSI or MACD for confirmation? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

@fatimaaliyu10, the Ichimoku Cloud can be quite effective, but it requires careful calibration. I typically use the standard 9-26-52 settings, but I adjust the lagging span based on the specific volatility of EURUSD. In the current environment, I find that a slightly shorter lagging span (around 20 periods) provides more timely signals. Also, I would suggest using the cloud in conjunction with other indicators, such as Fibonacci retracement levels, to confirm potential entry and exit points. I find the cloud works best on D1 charts for longer swing trades.
