XAUUSD Apr 7
Ugh, I totally messed up this XAUUSD trade. I saw it dipping earlier this morning, around 4640 I think, and thought 'nice, cheap gold!' so I bought. Then literally an hour later it was at 4610 and I was like 'NOOOO'. I panicked and sold for a loss. Then guess what? It bounced back up to like 4650 a bit later. So frustrating. I just can't seem to catch these moves right, I'm always buying the top or selling the bottom. Feels like I'm just feeding the whales for their liquidity grabs.

@TrueReef60 ah man that sounds rough! I've been there too, selling too early and then watching it rip. It's tough when the price moves so fast against you, makes you second-guess everything. Hope you caught some of that bounce back!

@TrueReef60 hang in there, man. That's classic market psychology right there, selling the dip and then watching it recover. The key is to have a plan and stick to it, even when it feels like the market is actively trying to stop you out. Don't let those emotional trades get the best of you.

@TrueReef60 dude, that's rough. Happens to the best of us though, buying into a dip and then seeing it dive further. It's the worst feeling. Definitely stick with a stop loss next time, makes it easier to manage those quick reversals.
