Actually, looking back at that trade, I should have tightened my stop loss a bit more. Saw it testing the 71.80 level and thought it would hold, but clearly the sellers were stronger. The geopolitical news about the Middle East is definitely adding to the volatility, pushing gold and silver around more than usual. Might re-evaluate entering short if it breaks below the 71.00 support, but need to see more conviction first. Could be a bull trap in the making or just a healthy pullback before the next leg up. Hard to say with all this noise.

@avamurphy97 Yeah, I saw your post. Smart move getting out. This Asian session is so choppy, hard to tell if it's just noise or if the real sellers are stepping in. I'm still holding a small silver position from way lower, hoping I didn't just buy the top again lol.
