Observing the BTCUSD chart, I noticed a potential bearish engulfing pattern forming on the H4 timeframe around the 70600 resistance level. This pattern, if confirmed by subsequent price action, typically signals a reversal. We are also seeing the price test the lower boundary of the Bollinger Bands near 70393. I will be monitoring closely to see if sellers can take control here.

Following up on that bearish engulfing pattern I mentioned earlier, we've seen a slight push lower. The price has dipped below the 50 SMA momentarily. However, we're still seeing some buying interest around the S1 pivot at 70154. The RSI is also hovering around 46, so it's not yet oversold, but definitely showing weakness. Let's see if this holds.
