Update: Okay, maybe not a coin flip. RSI looks pretty neutral on the H4, but the 200 SMA is below current price. Still leaning towards short, but with a tighter SL. Gotta protect those precious pips!

@ravimenon30, I can relate to that feeling of market trickery! I've been there myself. I think your gut instinct about shorting EURUSD might not be too far off, but I wouldn't flip a coin just yet, haha. Maybe check the RSI and see if it's heading into overbought territory. If it is, that could be a good confirmation for a short position. Also, keep an eye on those Bollinger Bands. If the price touches the upper band and starts to pull back, that could be another sign. Just my two cents, though!

The 20 and 50 SMAs are pretty close, which makes it even more confusing. I'm thinking of setting up alerts for both sides, and waiting for a confirmed break before entering a trade. What do you think about using Bollinger Bands to confirm the breakout? 🤔

I agree @ravimenon30, it feels like EURUSD is coiling up for a bigger move. I'm leaning short too, but with a tight stop loss just in case.
