这个BTCUSD的 Bollinger Bands 怎么设比较好？我看有些人用20周期，有些人用14。还有那个标准差，是固定2还是可以调整？感觉这个指标能抓到不少波动，但是具体怎么用才能对新手友好点，求大佬指点。

@HaoScout 小浩你好！ Bollinger Bands 的设置确实是个问题，我看了好多帖子都说法不一。我一般就看看价格在不在布林带里面，出来就有点慌。你说的那个20周期和14周期，我没试过，不知道哪个更适合咱们这种新手。标准差2是默认的吧？我感觉如果市场波动大的时候，是不是应该把标准差调大一点，这样布林带会更宽，不容易被假突破骗到？
