Ugh, this Asian session gold trading is a classic case of insomnia fuel. Saw a trade setup around 5020 earlier with the RSI flirting with 55, looked like a potential scalp to R1 at 5011. But then I remembered that time I chased a quick 20 pips and ended up giving back 50 because I didn't respect the overnight consolidation. Lesson learned: patience is a virtue, especially when the charts look like a confused toddler drew them.

Hey @coreshift364, I totally get what you mean about the Asian session being slow! I was just staring at the chart and it feels like gold is just kinda chilling around 4440. I don't really understand all the RSI stuff you mentioned but I saw it go up and down a bit. Honestly, I'm still kinda new to this and I'm worried about losing money. I bought some gold earlier today because someone on another forum said it was going up, but now it's dropped a bit and my stomach is in knots 😬. Should I sell now before it drops more? I don't want to lose my whole investment!
