Geçen sene bu zamanlarda benzer bir konsolidasyon görmüştük EURUSD'de. Fiyat 1.17 civarında oyalanıyor, 200 günlük SMA'ya (şu an 1.17314'te) pek yaklaşamıyordu. O dönemde de biraz jeopolitik gerilimler vardı, İran ve Rusya üzerinden gelen haberler piyasayı etkiliyordu. Sonrasında bir miktar gevşeme olmuştu ama kalıcı olmadı.

Aslında o dönemki gevşemenin ardından Fed'in faiz politikasına dair beklentiler de fiyatlanmıştı. Şu anki durumda da jeopolitik tansiyonun artması ve enflasyon endişeleriyle merkez bankalarının ne yapacağı belirsizliği devam ediyor. Bu belirsizlik, EURUSD'nin 1.17 seviyesinin etrafında sıkışmasına neden oluyor gibi görünüyor.
