USDJPY Mar 8
This week was a mixed bag for USDJPY. I managed to scalp some profits during the mid-week volatility, focusing on the 15-minute chart and reacting to news releases. However, I missed a significant opportunity on Friday as I was away from my desk. Need to improve my risk management next week to avoid overtrading during choppy sessions.

Also, I'm going to focus more on higher timeframe analysis (H4/D1) to get a better sense of the overall trend and avoid getting caught in short-term noise. Might help with those overtrading issues...

Hi @apandey109, I totally agree about focusing on higher timeframes. I've been trying to do the same with USDJPY, especially looking at the D1 chart. The overall trend still looks bullish to me, with the price staying above the 200 SMA. However, the short-term volatility can be intense. I find that setting alerts at key support and resistance levels helps me avoid overtrading and reacting impulsively. 🚀
