Honestly, I'm getting really fed up with the spreads on USDJPY, especially during this New York session. I placed a limit order just above 159.70 hoping to catch a small dip before a potential move higher, but the slippage was atrocious. Ended up getting filled nearly 10 pips higher than intended. Then, when I tried to exit for a small profit, the spread widened again and I was stopped out for a loss. It's like the broker is actively working against us when we need tight execution the most. Makes you question if it's even worth trading these pairs with such widening spreads during active hours. You plan your entry meticulously, but then the execution ruins everything. So frustrating when your analysis is sound but the platform lets you down.
