Risk management is key, people! I always set my SL based on the ATR. Usually 2x the ATR on the H4 chart. Prevents getting stopped out by noise, but still protects your capital if you're wrong. Don't be greedy!

Hey @aidenthomas 👋 I totally get what you're saying about risk management and SLs, especially with this XAGUSD market being so choppy lately! I'm a beginner trader and I've been trying to figure out the best way to set my stops. Using ATR sounds smart! 🤔 I usually just guess where to put my stop loss, which is obviously not ideal lol. I've been watching the price drop and bounce back so fast, it's hard to know what's noise and what's a real move. Do you find that 2x ATR on H4 is usually enough to avoid getting stopped out by those quick wicks? I'm worried about missing out on trades if my stop is too tight, but also don't want to lose my whole account if I'm wrong! 😅 Any tips for a newbie struggling with this would be amazing!
