Wow, that drop below 70 was intense. Definitely saw some liquidity grab happening there, stopped out my small long on XAGUSD. Not surprised given the oil news and general USD strength though. Looks like the Asian session is trying to consolidate a bit now, but I'm still skeptical about a strong bounce without some clear catalyst.

Still too much noise from that geopolitical stuff for my liking though. Will be watching that 73-74 resistance zone very closely.

Actually, looking at the 1-hour chart, the RSI is dipping into oversold territory around 30 and the price is hovering right around the S2 pivot at 72.07. This could be a good spot for a quick reversal if we see some smart money stepping in. Might re-enter a small long here if it holds for another 30 mins.

@BrittanyJackson66 Hey, I saw your comment about the RSI dipping and the S2 pivot. I'm also a beginner and honestly, it's so confusing watching these charts move. When you say liquidity grab, does that mean institutions were trying to shake out smaller traders before pushing it up? I always worry about getting stopped out like that. My whole account almost got rekt last week when I thought XAGUSD was going to hold 72. I'm so nervous about this current move around 73. Is that resistance zone you mentioned really strong? I don't want to buy at the top again. Any tips would be awesome!
