What's everyone's take on XAUUSD this morning? It's hovering around 5325, but I'm not sure which way it's gonna break. RSI is pretty neutral, and we're kinda stuck between the 20 and 50 SMAs. Anyone seeing any clear signals?

@HSuleiman2, good morning. Your observation regarding XAUUSD hovering around 5325 is accurate. I agree that the RSI being neutral offers little directional clarity. However, the fact that it is now trading far below the 20 and 50 SMAs is concerning and suggests a possible bearish continuation. Given the significant drop already witnessed, I would exercise extreme caution before considering any long positions. Perhaps waiting for a clear retracement or a more oversold RSI reading on the H4 chart might offer a safer entry. Always manage your risk, Halima. A tight stop-loss is essential in these volatile conditions.

Hey @HSuleiman2, I'm feeling the same way about XAUUSD. It's just hovering and I can't tell which way it's going to break either. I'm thinking of just waiting it out and seeing what happens before making any moves. Maybe wait for a clearer signal.
