OMGETHUSD just dropped like a rock!! I was watching it hover around 2024 and suddenly it's already at 2000! Did I miss something? Is this oil news finally hitting crypto or something? My one little position is already in the red. Seriously freaking out here.

Wait, so the oil prices going up is actually making ETH go down? That doesn't make sense to me at all. I thought usually when the economy is shaky, people move money into crypto? Or is it that investors are just pulling money out of everything to hold onto cash because of the geopolitical stuff? This is so confusing. I really hope this isn't the start of a big crash, I can't afford to lose more money right now. Maybe I should just cut my losses before it gets worse?
@sheetal2959 Hey, don't panic too much! The oil news is definitely causing some ripples, but it's not always a direct correlation with crypto. Sometimes when oil spikes like that due to geopolitical stuff, it makes investors nervous and they pull money from riskier assets like ETH, even if BTC is seen as a hedge. Just watch those support levels around 2045, if they break hard then it's a different story.
