I'm watching the USDJPY pair and it seems to be stuck between resistance around 159.70 and support near 159.45. The price action is very slow right now, typical for this time of night. I don't see a clear direction at the moment, just sideways movement. It's making it hard to even think about entering a trade.

Hi @amit5664, yeah, this sideways action is definitely a hallmark of these quieter Asian hours, especially with low liquidity. I'm looking at the same price action. The 50 SMA is just above current price around 159.296, acting as resistance, and the S2 pivot at 158.666 is providing some floor. Honestly, without a catalyst, I'm just waiting. I'd need to see a clear break of either the 20 SMA at 158.91 or a push below S2 to even consider a directional bias. Right now, it's just choppy consolidation.
