Honestly, with that whole Bitcoin Latinum fraud lawsuit news out there, I'm feeling a bit jittery about the crypto market in general. It makes you wonder if there's more shady stuff going on behind the scenes. Even though ETHUSD is bouncing off that 2340 S2 pivot, which is a good sign for bulls, the broader sentiment feels off. I'm thinking we might see another leg down towards the 200-day SMA near 2300 if this uncertainty continues. It's not a strong conviction, but I'd rather be safe than sorry, especially with the SEC cracking down on things. This feels like it could easily get rekt if sentiment turns sour.
