Man, trying to get a mortgage these days is like trying to catch a falling knife, but with more paperwork. Rates are still kinda high, and lenders want your firstborn child as collateral. I swear, buying a house feels more like a gamble than investing at this point.

Haha @amitkumar99, you're not kidding about the mortgage rates! My brother's trying to buy a place and he's basically selling a kidney for a down payment. It really does feel like gambling these days, doesn't it? At least with crypto, sometimes you can make a quick buck... or lose it even quicker, lol. But yeah, the stress of buying a house sounds way worse than dealing with this BTC chop. Good luck with that whole process!
