It's fascinating how XAUUSD reacts to geopolitical noise and then completely pivots on dollar strength. We saw that big dive earlier today after the news broke about Iran and the dollar strengthening simultaneously. It really swept the lows quickly. Personally, I'm always wary of these knee-jerk reactions. In times like these, I tend to sit on my hands and wait for the dust to settle. Chasing moves on high leverage during such volatility is a recipe for disaster. I prefer to see a clean setup, maybe a confirmed FVG or a strong reaction off a key level before committing capital. It's better to miss a move than to get stopped out repeatedly.

Hey @daniel110, totally agree on the geopolitical drivers. That spike on Friday after the Iran news was classic smart money playing on fear. They swept the lows before pushing it up. I'm watching if that displacement candle holds any weight for a bullish continuation next week, or if it's just a temporary FVG fill.
