Seriously, this consolidation is getting old. Just saw gold dip hard below 4700 earlier, then it immediately got bought back up. That feels like a massive liquidity grab, probably swept the lows to trigger stop losses before reversing. The news about the Strait of Hormuz is definitely keeping things spicy, but it seems like the bulls are defending 4700 like their lives depend on it. If we can break this 4750 resistance zone, I think we'll see a quick move higher. Watching RSI for divergence here, it's still pretty neutral but could flip soon. Don't want to get caught on the wrong side of a breakout.

Ah, @grayWolf5, you're right. It's always the same story. They let it run a bit, trigger all those retail stops just below 4700, and then pretend like it's a genuine reversal. Classic manipulation 101. These algorithms are programmed to hunt SLs, and the spreads widen just enough to make it painful. "Geopolitical news" is just an excuse they use. You can bet they're laughing all the way to the bank while we're stuck wondering if it's real or just another setup. This whole market feels rigged from the start, especially when you're trying to trade it live like this. Another night of no sleep for nothing.
