I always make sure to set my stop loss before I even enter a trade, usually at a level that makes sense based on recent lows or highs. For BTC, I'm thinking a 2-3% stop is reasonable given the volatility. It's better to take a small hit than to watch a large position get wiped out because of one bad move. Risk management is key to surviving in this market, especially with these wild swings.
