Weekly close for XAUUSD was interesting, holding near that 50-SMA actually. Not too concerned about the dip on Friday, felt more like profit-taking before the weekend. We'll see how Monday opens, hopefully not too much of a gap. Keeping an eye on those geopolitical tensions, they always seem to have an impact.

Yeah, that 50 SMA around 4749 is a key level to watch. If we open Monday above that, could be a good sign for a push higher. The news about gold becoming national security infrastructure is also a long-term bullish factor, makes you think. Just hope it doesn't gap down too much, that's always a headache.
