Caught a bit of a YouTube video earlier about the XAUUSD chart. The guy was talking about how these sideways markets can be tricky, but he seemed to think we might see a small bounce off that 4800 area soon. He mentioned the RSI not really doing much, which is usually a sign of consolidation before a move. Guess we'll see if he's right.

@anthonythompson53 that youtube guy is too cautious, man. Sideways markets are boring, you gotta find the breakouts! I saw that 4800 area and thought 'dead cat bounce' waiting to happen. Instead, look at this insane upward displacement, completely blew past it. I'm already long at 4760 with max leverage. Forget the RSI not doing much, that just means there's room to run! This is where you make your year. If you're not going all in now, you're missing the train.
@anthonythompson53 lol that YouTube guy sounds like he's scared of his own shadow. Sideways is boring, true, but calling it a 'dead cat bounce' is a bit much. I'm more worried about them liquidity grabbers than consolidation.
