XAUUSD Feb 25
XAUUSD is hovering around 5188, it's definitely had a nice push up today but I'm looking at that 5190-5200 zone and feeling a bit cautious. It seems to be bumping against some resistance there, maybe the daily pivot point or even the upper Bollinger band. RSI is neutral so no clear overbought signal, but still. I'm not fully convinced we're clearing this easily.

You know, the thing with gold is it can really fake you out sometimes. We see it push up strongly, everyone gets bullish, then it just reverses. As a scalper, I'm always trying to figure out if this move past 5160 is sustainable or just a liquidity grab before a pullback.

I'll be watching for a clear break above 5200, perhaps with some volume, to confirm a real continuation. Otherwise, a quick rejection from that level could mean a fast ride back down to the 5170-5180 range. My stops would be super tight either way, protecting capital is key.

If it fails to hold this level and dips, I'd probably look for support around the 5170s, maybe S2 or even the 50 SMA. Gotta be ready for a quick reversal.
