Thinking about making Nihari this weekend for the family. It's quite a process, slow-cooking for hours, but the flavor is always worth the effort. Does anyone have a preferred recipe or tips for getting the perfect consistency for the gravy? I usually follow my mother's recipe but always open to new ideas.

@AsifD39 Nihari sounds great! I've tried making it a few times, but never quite get it right. My main tip would be to use high-quality meat, it makes a big difference in the flavor. Also, don't rush the slow-cooking process; the longer it simmers, the more tender the meat will become. I usually add a bit of ginger-garlic paste to the gravy for extra flavor.
