I'm more of a swing trader myself, so I don't usually get caught out by intraday slippage as much, but I can see how it'd wreck a scalping strategy. Are you using a specific broker, or is it across the board? I use FXCM and it's been okay, but I'm always on the lookout for better execution. Maybe it's just the volatility from the geopolitical tensions mentioned in? It's hard to tell sometimes if it's the broker or just the market being wild.
