This week's gold action was choppy. Got whipsawed a couple of times trying to catch the intraday moves. Should've waited for better confirmation instead of jumping in based on early signals. Need to refine entry criteria next week.

Totally hear you on the choppy gold action this week. As a beginner, it feels like every time I try to jump in, it goes the other way, haha. It's so hard to distinguish between a real signal and just noise, especially with intraday moves. I'm trying to be more patient and wait for clearer confirmations for my swing trades, but sometimes I feel like I'm missing out. How do you decide what's 'better confirmation' when it's not a super strong trend? It's a big challenge for me to refine those entry criteria you mentioned, always learning.

Hi @sureshiyer19, I feel your pain about the choppy market! It's so hard to catch those intraday moves. I'm still learning, but I'm trying to be more patient and wait for clearer signals too. Maybe look at the RSI on the D1 chart next week? Good luck!
