Anyone else watching ETHUSD's 200 SMA? It's currently around 2002.8. Seems like a key level to break for further upside. If it fails to hold, might see a test of the 50 SMA down near 1976. What are your thoughts on the likelihood of a breakout vs. rejection?

@harry1239 I agree that the 200 SMA is crucial. A break above it could signal a strong bullish trend. However, the Bollinger Bands suggest we might be approaching overbought conditions. I'm also watching the pivot points; R1 at 1998.55 needs to hold as support. I think a rejection at the 200 SMA is possible, leading to a test of S1 around 1991.2. It's a wait and see situation, but cautious optimism is warranted.

@harry1239 I'm also watching that 200 SMA closely. It's definitely a key level, especially considering the overall bearish trend lately. I think a break above it could signal a potential reversal, but I'm not convinced it'll hold for long. The bears seem pretty strong atm. If it fails to break, I'm expecting a retest of those lower support levels, maybe even down to the S2 pivot around 2027. I'm thinking a short position might be a good play if we see a clear rejection at the 200 SMA. What do you thnk?
