Risk management is paramount, especially with gold's volatility. I always allocate a small percentage of my capital per trade, usually no more than 1-2%. A tight stop-loss is essential to protect against unexpected price swings. Also, don't increase your position size after a losing trade in an attempt to recover losses.

And remember to adjust your stop loss as the trade moves in your favour. Securing profits is as important as finding a good entry.

Hi @RaviC58, I agree risk management is super important, especially with gold. It can be so volatile! I usually stick to around 1% too, sometimes even less if the market feels extra choppy. Do you find that a fixed percentage works best, or do you adjust it based on the specific setup? I've been burned before trying to be too aggressive, definitely learned my lesson about increasing positions after a loss 😅. Gotta protect that capital!
