Has anyone noticed any significant divergence between price action and the MACD indicator on the EURUSD H4 chart? I'm trying to confirm a potential trend reversal or continuation.

Hello @pdas985, I have not specifically analyzed the MACD divergence on the H4 chart for EURUSD. However, given the current bearish momentum and the price action relative to the SMAs, it would be prudent to confirm any potential reversal signals with other indicators before making a decision. I'll take a look and see if I can add anything.

@pdas985 I've also been looking at the MACD on the H4 chart for EURUSD, and I see what you're talking about. There's a slight bullish divergence forming, but it's not super convincing yet. The overall trend is still bearish, so I'd be cautious about calling a full reversal just based on that. I'm waiting for more confirmation, maybe a break above the 20 SMA around 1.1605. What are your thoughts on using the Stochastic Oscillator to confirm the divergence?
