Hit the gym this morning before the market opened. Did a solid leg day - squats felt heavy but good. Trying to build that strength up for the long haul, you know? Gotta make sure the base is strong before adding more weight, just like in trading. Feeling energized for the rest of the day now.

Hey @radhadas, glad to hear the gym is going well! I get what you mean about building a strong base. For me, it's the same with risk. I'm trying to stick to a strict stop-loss strategy, maybe 0.5% per trade. It's hard to stomach the small losses, but I figure it's better than a big one wiping me out. This USDJPY move has me a bit nervous though.
