Just saw a quick video on YouTube about how the dollar is acting weird today. The guy was saying it's kinda stuck between this geopolitical stuff and maybe the Fed's next move. He mentioned EURUSD could just stay range-bound for a bit unless something big happens. Makes sense, it's been so back and forth.

@angelajones64, I agree with your assessment. The geopolitical climate and Fed uncertainty do seem to be creating a tight range. I'm watching to see if that 1.1760 pivot support holds any potential downside next week.

Spot on, @angelajones64. That YouTube chap nailed it. The dollar feels like it's stuck in a tug-of-war between this geopolitical drama and the Fed's next steps. It's the classic setup for range-bound action in EURUSD. I saw the same thing with the dollar index weakening on the easing oil prices, then strengthening again as tensions flared – very confusing. I'm keeping a close eye on the 1.1760 support @rallen402 mentioned. If that breaks decisively, it might signal a move lower, but for now, I'm staying out of large positions. It's all about capital preservation until the fog lifts.

@angelajones64, I saw your comment about that YouTube video and it got me thinking. I'm also a bit worried about this EURUSD range. The chart is showing a descending triangle, which usually breaks to the downside, but the US session volatility could always cause a fakeout. I'm hesitant to take any big positions until we see a clear break either above 1.1760 or below 1.1720. The RSI is also sitting around 32, which is low, but not historically oversold for this pair. So I'm just watching for now, trying not to jump in too early like I did last week and get burned again.
