It does make it hard to place conviction trades when you don't have the volume confirming the move. I've noticed that too, the small pops seem to fizzle out quickly. I think the bigger players might be waiting for clearer signals, perhaps after the US session fully kicks in or after more clarity on the Bitcoin situation. The news about Pakistan is interesting, but it doesn't seem to be translating into sustained buying pressure on ETHUSD yet. I'm sticking to tighter risk management until that volume picks up or we see a decisive move through a key level.
