Looking at the charts this weekend, EURUSD seems to be consolidating around the 1.155 to 1.157 area. The 200-day SMA is still below, which historically suggests a longer-term bullish trend, but recent price action has been choppy. I'm keeping an eye on R1 at 1.15647; a break above that might signal a continuation of the upward momentum, but I'm cautious.

Hi @kevingarcia, thanks for sharing your analysis on EURUSD. I'm also a beginner and trying to wrap my head around these consolidation phases. You mentioned the 200-day SMA suggesting a longer-term bullish trend, but then the recent action is choppy. That's exactly what's confusing me! How do you decide which signal to trust more when they seem to contradict each other? I'm a bit scared to enter a trade because I don't want to get stopped out again like Jessica mentioned. What are your thoughts on waiting for a clearer signal before taking a position?
