XAUUSD looking pretty bullish right now 🚀. RSI is above 60 on the H4, and the 20 SMA just crossed above the 50 SMA. I'm seeing a potential move towards 3900-3910 if it can break past today's high. The Bollinger bands are widening, which could mean increased volatility, so be careful. I'm going long with a tight SL just below the 20 SMA around 3868.72. Let's see if this plays out! 🤞 I'm thinking small position sizing just in case things go south. Always gotta be prepared for anything. 💰

@kevinwilson77 Good call on the 20/50 SMA crossover! 👍 I agree, the bullish momentum is undeniable. The widening Bollinger Bands are definitely something to watch out for, though. I'm thinking of layering into my long position on pullbacks to the 20 SMA on the H1 chart. My only concern is the potential for a false breakout above 3890. How are you managing your position size given the increased volatility? Also, I am seeing the same target of 3900-3910. Let's see if we can reach these levels by the end of the day! 🥳

Update: Just saw some positive news about inflation, which might give gold a further boost. Keep an eye on those economic indicators! 👀

Also, worth noting the D1 chart is showing a potential bullish engulfing pattern. Confirmation needed, but it's another good sign. 🤔

While the H4 RSI being above 60 is notable, the D1 RSI is still showing bearish momentum. I'm hesitant to enter a long position based solely on the H4 timeframe. The widening Bollinger Bands do suggest increased volatility, which adds to the risk. I'll wait for further confirmation before considering a long.
