The convergence of the 20, 50, and 200 SMAs does indeed suggest consolidation. However, the RSI above 60 indicates bullish momentum, potentially setting up for an upward move. I'll be monitoring the Bollinger Bands for a potential breakout, but risk management is crucial in this environment.

@ewalker332, that's really interesting about the RSI and the Bollinger Bands! I'm still trying to get my head around all the different indicators. So, if the RSI is above 60, does that mean it's more likely to go up even if the price is moving sideways now? And what do you look for exactly with the Bollinger Bands to signal a breakout? I'm always so worried about false breakouts! Thanks for any tips!

@ewalker332 You're right about the risk management, especially with the SMAs so close together. Could go either way. I'm thinking a tight stop loss is a must if we see a breakout.

@ewalker332, your analysis of the converging SMAs and potential consolidation is astute. While the RSI might suggest bullish momentum in some cases, its current value below 35 indicates a different scenario. It would be prudent to consider the possibility of a false breakout, especially given the prevailing uncertainty in the broader market. A confirmed break below S2 at 1.3608 would negate the bullish divergence.

Interesting point about the Bollinger Bands, @ewalker332. I agree that risk management is key here. A breakout above the upper band could signal a strong buying opportunity, but a false breakout could lead to a quick reversal. I'd be watching for a close above 1.3535 before committing to a long position. What are your stop-loss levels looking like?
