Anyone else think gold's acting a bit...predictable lately? It's like it's following the textbook plays. I'm almost expecting it to fake out soon just to keep us on our toes. Maybe a little head fake down before blasting through R1? Just a thought.

Update: Thinking more about that fakeout...the RSI is still pretty neutral. Not screaming overbought yet. Plus, with the 200 SMA so far below, there's plenty of room for this rally to run. I'm gonna keep an eye on the volume. A big spike on a dip could signal the bears trying to make a move, but right now it's looking like smooth sailing above 5180. Maybe I'll set a tighter SL just in case. Wouldn't want to get caught napping!
