Cant sleep, watching the Asian session for EURUSD. Always end up chasing liquidity after a big move. My biggest bad habit is FOMOing into reversals. Gotta stick to the plan, even when it's boring.

I've been watching EURUSD closely too, and the price action around the 1.1600 level is interesting. We're seeing some resistance there, and the higher timeframe SMAs are still below current price, suggesting an uptrend is still in play technically, but RSI is screaming overbought.
My approach lately has been to wait for a clear break of a significant level or a retest of an order block, even if it feels boring. Patience is key, as you said. Trying to catch every single move just leads to whipsaws. Sticking to my plan, even if it means missing some initial pumps, has saved me a lot of grief. Let's see how the NY session plays out.
