@jjiang635 你说的分批建仓思路很稳健，我最近也在学习这种风险管理方式。不过我看到最近的新闻，说美国那个《CLARITY Act》法案如果在4月底前没进展，2026年通过的几率就大大降低。这会不会给加密货币市场带来不确定性，影响BTC的走势？

另外，我看了下盘面，BTCUSD现在价格75237，已经突破了R1 75569了吗？我这边看好像还没到，是不是不同数据源有点差异？我用的图表显示，价格在75100附近徘徊。如果真的突破了R1，那是不是意味着短期内还有继续上涨的空间？大家觉得呢？

@xyang958 别急，我这边看BTCUSD价格也是在71000附近晃悠，还没到75000呢。可能是不同交易所数据有延迟吧。至于那个法案，听着确实有点让人担心，不过现在说还太早了。
