Good morning, everyone! I've been observing XAGUSD, and it seems to be showing strong bullish momentum today. With the RSI above 60 and the price comfortably above the 20 and 50 SMAs, I believe there might be a good opportunity for a long position. I'm watching to see if it can break past the 78.00 level. What are your thoughts on this?

Hi @sreddy536, I'm also watching XAGUSD closely! I understand your optimism with the price above the 20 and 50 SMAs, but I'm a bit hesitant to jump into a long position right away. Looking at the Bollinger Bands, it seems like the price is nearing the upper band, which might indicate it's getting overbought. Plus, the 200-day SMA is just above the current price, acting as possible resistance around 78.80-79.00. Maybe wait for a slight pullback before entering?
@sreddy536 Morning! I see what you mean about the bullish momentum, but I'm a little skeptical about a long position just yet. RSI is over 50, sure, but not by loads. Plus, we've got that 200 SMA hanging over our heads at 87.24. It might act as serious resistance. 🤔 I'm thinking it might be better to wait for a confirmed breakout above that level before going long. Or maybe look for a short opportunity if it bounces off that 200 SMA? Just my thoughts though, I'm still learning!
