The volume seems to be picking up a bit here on XAUUSD, but it doesn't feel like it's confirming the downward move we saw on Friday. It's more like a hesitant push. I'm not seeing that strong conviction to break lower. Feels more like a consolidation before a potential bounce, especially with that USD weakness creeping in.

Actually, thinking more about that volume… it's not just hesitant, it's also pretty low compared to the moves on Friday. That kinda supports my feeling that this isn't a true breakout lower. If it was a real selling spree, we’d see spikes in volume confirming it. So, maybe this is just noise before a bigger move UP? 🤔 The dollar news is interesting though, if that keeps weakening, gold could really take off. Still feels like a coin flip right now.
