XAUUSD is showing strong bullish momentum, currently hovering around 3886. Looking at the daily chart, the RSI is above 60, indicating continued upward pressure. The price has also broken above the 20 and 50 SMAs, suggesting a potential continuation of the uptrend. However, I'm also mindful of the Bollinger Bands, with the price nearing the upper band around 3898. A potential entry point could be around the 3880 level, with a stop-loss placed just below the 50 SMA. Targeting the R1 pivot point at 3888.52 initially, with a longer-term target around 3900 if the momentum holds. I'll be closely monitoring the price action for any signs of reversal.

Also, considering the overall market sentiment, I'm expecting a pullback later in the day. The current risk appetite seems a bit overextended, especially with XAUUSD approaching overbought territory on the hourly chart. Therefore, I'll be adjusting my TP to 3895 to secure some profits.

I agree with @IronFlame98 that the bullish momentum is strong. RSI above 60 is definitely a good sign. However, I'm a bit cautious about going all in. Looking at the Bollinger Bands, we're near the upper band, which might indicate overbought conditions. Also, the price is above all the SMAs, indicating an uptrend, but a pullback is always possible. Maybe wait for a slight dip before entering a larger position. What are your thoughts about the risk of a correction?

@IronFlame98 hi Chloe! I agree with you on the SMAs, XAUUSD is definitely above the 20 and 50 day SMAs, which looks good for bullish momentum. But for me, the RSI is showing 57.9, which is still in the neutral zone, not above 60. Does this change your view on how strong the bullish momentum is? I'm still learning how to balance these different indicators for my swing strategy.
