Man, you think you've got a handle on things, then BAM! The spreads widen like a canyon right as you enter a trade. Just yesterday, I was scalping BTCUSD, thought I had a nice little entry near 74k, but the spread jumped like 50 points and ate my profit before I could even blink. That's how they get you, always hunting those retail stops with their fancy algorithms and wider spreads. Never trust the bots, never trust the price action when it feels too easy.
