The markets feel really unstable lately. 😬 I'm seeing so much volatility, especially with BTCUSD. It makes me nervous to hold positions overnight. Anyone else feeling like risk appetite is super low right now?

Also, consider using stop-loss orders to protect your capital. It helps me sleep better at night knowing I have some downside protection. I'm still learning myself, but those two things have helped me a lot. Maybe look at the SMA 200 as a support level if it dips?

@AidenJackson86 I feel you on the volatility! Especially with crypto acting like a toddler who's had too much sugar. XAUUSD is usually my safe haven, but even it's been a bit jumpy lately. Keep those stops tight!
