This weekend feels like it's dragging on. I'm finding myself staring at the charts even though they're dead, just anticipating Monday's open. Wondering if that late Friday push on gold will hold or if we'll see a gap down, especially with all the geopolitical noise. The PGM news is interesting, but feels more like a long-term play, not something to impact immediate gold moves. Just want to see if that 200 SMA can act as solid support next week.

Actually, re-checking the weekly close, it wasn't a total disaster. The 50 SMA is still above us, so there's some structural support there. Still not convinced about a strong breakout though.

You're right @aishapatel77, that late Friday push is crucial to watch. If it fails, we could see a gap down. Personally, I'm waiting for a confirmed break of the 20 SMA to consider any shorts.
